Located in Sunderland, our family-owned business provides short-term pet boarding for a variety of furry and feathered companions. We happily look after rabbits, guinea pigs, degus, chinchillas, and many more including parrots, cockatiels, and tortoises.

Upon request, we can accommodate additional types of pets. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide services for cats and dogs. To secure your preferred dates, kindly make advance reservations as all bookings necessitate a deposit.

At our boarding hotel, we absolutely adore animals and take great joy in looking after them.
We hold a special fondness for all animals and it brings us great joy to extend a warm invitation to your beloved pets at our hotel.
Our pet hotel partners with Kings Road Vets in Sunderland for care and treatment if your vet is not within 5 miles. Trust us to ensure your animal's well-being, even if it means a trip to another vet for their needs.
If your pet has been unwell in the past 2 weeks before boarding, please inform us. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate sick pets or administer medication, unless the sickness occurred while in our care. Ensuring your pet's well-being is our top priority. Regrettably, we are unable to provide syringe feeding or administer medication via syringe due to the challenges and stress it may cause your pet.

Opening hours
We are open 8-6.30pm weekdays and 9-5pm on weekends. We can on occasion arrange pick up and drop offs outside of these times. We will need to give you a drop off and collection time to allow us the time needed to clean in between our guests just like a human hotel!
